One Family Scholars
The One Family Scholars program provides college scholarships coupled with career development and leadership training for low-income and formerly homeless mothers. With financial aid and the support of an “extended family” to help them achieve their academic goals, Scholars have the opportunity to forge a permanent path out of poverty for themselves and their families. Ethnically and racially diverse, the Scholars form a motivated group of leaders with the skills, knowledge and credentials to inform, improve and implement systems that can prevent homelessness for all families.
